Wow… I woke up this morning and made my breakfast, got my herbal tea and went to my devotional spot and began praying to start my time with the Lord. I opened a You Tube channel that had some things I subscribe to and saw two new entries from the Flashpoint with Gene Bailey through the Victory Channel and listened to two short excerpts from a new Flashpoint entry. Whoa! I was amazed and finally understood the problem that is the major cause of Christians who have lost the ability to discern truth from a lie.

I realize how a lot of Christians want to make their lives seem better right now. We are living in exciting but scary times and we don’t know what’s going to happen to us, our country or anything else. We’re afraid for our kids, our way of life and the type of life that we’ve been able to have in this country. But what many are forgetting is that those freedoms came at a great price. A price we may all have to be willing to pay now. Changing how we look at things, what are christian beliefs are or what we do to change those beliefs so that they fit in better with the way we need to be to protect ourselves, our loved ones and our way of life, is not the answer. All we’re doing is putting a bandaid over things, but not looking at the real truth and doing something about it so that it can be fixed.
President Trump was trying to do a lot of that while he was in office in his first term. His 2nd term was stolen from him, but it’s being fought for to take it back. He IS our real President and he can come back if we all stand behind him. He's the only one that has the guts to do what needs to be done. God can use a man like him to turn things around. But will He? Only if we all stand together and fight on the same side and stop fearing everything that the Left throws at us. As the Bible says, in the last days, “unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the ]elect’s sake those days will be shortened.” (Matt. 24:22)
Only God is going to get us out of all of this. Not man, but He will use man. But we need to trust Him for who He chooses and stop looking at what everyone else is saying, unless they’re a prophet or someone who truly is walking and following God. That’s why discernment is so important right now. We all need to be praying for that gift to grow strong in each of us.
